Stories and reflections that help minds grow strong.

About me

Stevie has spent more than twenty years learning how people heal, grow, and come back to themselves - especially those who’ve been misunderstood or unsupported. With a background in support work, community connection, and lived experience, she understands what it’s like to navigate the world differently, and how powerful it can be when someone finally listens.

Her passion for neuroscience and belief in the brain’s ability to change - through what’s known as positive neuroplasticity - underpins much of her work. She’s endlessly curious about how the nervous system, sensory experience, and how trauma shape the way we move through the world.

Experience

As a certified Polyvagal Practitioner, she brings together science, story, and compassion to create tools, spaces, and ideas that help children and adults feel safe, connected, and free to be fully themselves.

This book is one of those spaces.
